ASME/GBの標準的な横のオイル/ガス有機性熱キャリアのボイラー
製品紹介:
オイル（ガス）有機性熱キャリアのボイラーは強制組み立てられる-循環縦オイル（ガス）のボイラーである。この一連のボイラーの熱する表面に密集した構造がある。熱する表面は内部および外の密接に配例されたディスクで構成される。内部のコイルの管は放射熱する表面であり、外のコイルの管および内部のコイルの管のGAIMENは伝達性の熱する表面を形作る。ボイラーは上体および場所で結合されるより低い燃焼室で構成される。燃焼が燃焼室で十分に燃えた、熱のほとんどが放射熱する表面によって吸収される後、高温ガス送管は熱交換のための伝達性熱する表面を書き入れる。ボイラーを残した後、ボイラー燃焼に必要な空気は空気予熱器で熱され、次にガス送管は集じん器を通した吸出し送風機によって煙突に送られ、大気に排出される。
構造はこの一連のプロダクトの特色になる:
- ボイラー表面は螺線形の構造とのきつく締め管整理を採用する。煙突は3パスの整理を採用する。
- 空気予熱器か水/蒸気の変圧器はボイラーの後ろで整理され、ボイラーの熱効率を改善する温度を減らす。
- 速い対外開放か観察窓は内部点検および維持の点検の便宜を計って装備されている。
